To protect labor health and secure legal rights of employees, in August 2015 the salaried annual leave was applied in Shijiazhuang Donghuajian Amino Acid Co., Ltd. (120 employees). In July 2018, this policy starts to cover all the companies (650 employees), including two technical grade factories of Hebei Donghua Jian, and the new factory of Chiyuen Food Technology. All the companies total 770 employees are now fully covered with this policy. This is another step forward to enterprise labor laws compliance.
