As time goes by, new achievements are made. To review all the work done in 2022, launch the “all-out battle” for 2023 and recognize the outstanding teams and individuals who worked hard in 2022. Shijiazhuang Chiyuen Chemical Co., Ltd. held a two-day annual work report and commendation conference on February 14th and 15th.

The work report makes a new start, creating a new condition for high-quality development.

       On February 14th, a total of 29 cadres from various functional departments and production workshop leaders of the company made a work report in turn.
       At the work report meeting, everyone summarized and sorted out their work achievements, department management, experience and shortcomings in 2022, and comprehensively reviewed the work situation of 2022. Adhering to the principle of “being responsible for colleagues, themselves and the company”, they clarified their future efforts direction by finding problems and gaps, and effectively stimulated their work enthusiasm.

        After the cadre’s report, the company’s general manager Zhang Ning gave an important speech. He first compared the various changes in the company over the past ten years, from the initial imperfect factory workshop to today’s compliant and easy-to-use factory workshop. During this period, through our continuous exploration and breakthroughs, we have been able to maintain stability under various influences and gain customer recognition with our performance year after year. Secondly, he summarized and reflected on the current position of the company. In terms of company management, our company has explored and built a relatively mature management system. The department construction has clear division of labor and perfect functions, and has entered a higher level stage.

        Mr. Zhang proposed that our company will continue to follow the two major themes of “transformation” and “breakthrough” in the future, pursue true advancement, including production operations, technology, equipment, self-control, improve our positioning in the industrial product manufacturing industry, from low-end to high-end, including in terms of image, advancement, salary level and other comprehensive positioning. As we gradually get rid of the low-end, the direction of the transformation is to achieve results in terms of economic efficiency and product quality, and continue to build a more advanced, more effective, more reasonable and more scientific management model, so that we can “live longer” and “live better”

       The successful holding of the work report conference is a concrete manifestation of strengthening the team building and strict cadres management of Chiyuen Chemical, and also a requirement of improving the work style and efficiency. Through the work report conference, the position awareness, responsibility awareness and striving for excellence awareness of all cadres and staff of Chiyuen Chemical were further enhanced, achieving the purpose of reflection in the summary, creating an atmosphere and laying a foundation for starting well and starting well in various work in 2023, and promoting the high-quality development of our company.

       In 2022, there was a group of people who worked hard in their positions, and demonstrated the Chiyuen spirit of “loving their positions, striving hard, being brave to innovate, and dedicating themselves voluntarily”. On Feb. 15th, Chiyuen Chemical held a grand reward conference for the outstanding teams and individuals of the year.

        With music and applause, the award ceremony commenced. General Manager Zhang Ning and other company leaders awarded medals and certificates of honor to the recipients of various awards, such as outstanding teams, outstanding groups, outstanding newcomers, outstanding producers, outstanding workers, outstanding managers, outstanding safety and environmental workers, etc., and highly commended their achievements in 2022.

       Finally, all the awardees took a group photo on stage, and the award ceremony came to an end.

       Time waits for no one, hard work pays off. A hundred boats race on the river, a thousand sails compete to set off. We have walked through the unforgettable 2022 together, and we are looking forward to and welcoming 2023 together. A new year will start our new dreams. In the next key year of setting sail, we, all the staff of Chiyuen Chemical, will work hard, be creative, and jointly paint a new picture for Chiyuen Chemical with our vigorous energy, high spirit, and fearless courage!
