On March 4th to 5th, 2021, Chiyuen Company's 2020 Annual managers reports meeting was successfully held.

       Corporate Management&H.R. Dept. director Xing Zhuo hosted the conference meeting.

       The general manager Zhang Ning, vice general managers, factories directors and production managers, director of safety, chief engineer, the administration managers, and the representative prize winners attended the meeting.

       The first event of the conference is to commend the advanced employees who won awards in the 2020 year-end evaluation. 

       Next is the managers personal reports. 37 managers from the functional departments and production workshops shared their works summarizing of the year and their thoughts.

       They presented the key works in 2020, the existing difficulties at the present stage and the ideas of the future works. Through the wonderful presentations, we deeply felt the personal growth and progress of the managers, as well as the hardships and challenges. Every achievement is the result of our hard work. 

         At last, the general manager Zhang Ning made an important speech. First of all, Mr. Zhang made a summary of his works in the past year and compared it with the previous year. He affirmed the stage achievements made in this year's work from the aspects of management system construction, safety construction, and human resources. He had a clear plan for the next stage. He pointed out that we have made some achievements in management construction, and now we are close to the "midpoint", but we still have a lot of room for progress. Our goal is to achieve the international advanced management level. In the new stage of development, our theme is "persistence". Our pursuit is that company holds integrity and keep reliable, product quality will be stable and the management will be healthy and scientific.
