We have summarized experiences from reviewing the past and we will create success from looking forward to the future.The 2021 Annual Cadre Report Meeting of Chiyuen Company was successfully held in the hall of the dining room of Plant No. 1 on January 13-14, 2022.
The meeting was presided over by Xing Zhuo, the director of enterprise management and personnel and more than sixty people attended the meeting including Zhang Ning,the general manager of the company, Yang Liheng,He Zijian, Zhang Guoxing,the vice president,Qin Shurui,Wang Guangjun, advisor, Gao Wenshu,the chief engineer,Yan Qingfeng, director of the first plant, Zhang Xinyong, director of the second plant, and managers of all departments of logistics and workshops of each section.
A total of 32 cadres in charge of the company's functional departments and production workshops made presentation in turn.The cadres were well-prepared to give a comprehensive, objective and in-depth report on the key work summary of 2021, the successes and shortcomings of the current stage, and the work ideas and plans for the new year through the form of examples and data. The presentation is not only a simple report, but also a review of the whole department's work in the past year and an assessment of the department's leadership in the past year. Through the wonderful presentation of the cadres, we feel more deeply how each manager and the team they lead are making progress on the road, tamping every footprint, constantly summarizing, learning from experience, discarding deficiencies, and starting again with confidence. After the presentation of the cadres, Zhang Ning, the general manager of the company, made an important speech. First of all, Mr. Zhang affirmed the hard work and achievements of each department, and commented on the presentation. Next, Mr. Zhang summarized his work and compared it with the previous year's work. He affirmed the periodical achievement from several aspects, such as department management construction, safety construction, system construction and implementation, and talent resources, and had a clear plan for the next stage of development. Then Mr. Zhang took everyone to review the themes of "ordinary people can do great things", "management construction" and "persistence" mentioned in the past few years, and pointed out that after the exercise and inspiration in 2021, the advanced level of management has been more affirmed, and we can judge that we have entered the middle to upper zone, but we still need to improve the ultimate goal of reaching the international advanced management level. In the new develop stage, our theme is "transformation and breakthrough". The transformation is for achieving the goal to be a modern chemical plant. In this process we found that there is abstruse to do a good job in hazardous chemical enterprises so that we should do continuous improvement. Stand higher, naturally, the more difficult to go up. It is necessary to have the courage and mentality of "breakthrough". First of all,we must continue to improve our management all the time. Secondly, we should focus on how to do to find ways to create our own management science. Finally, Mr. Zhang reviewed the form of business in recent years and put forward the prospect of future development: from the national and regional policies and government governance environment, we spent a difficult period of the past two years,but now it was getting more better: the encouragement of technological reform, the survival of chemical enterprises, high awareness of the importance of industry, especially manufacturing industry , support to the private enterprises, the ideas of improving traditional industries, leading industries and emerging industries, as well as the pragmatic and wisdom of our city and district's new leadership ,etc, it is all very good. So what we need to do is transformation and breakthrough.We need gradually transform to reach modernization and break through ourselves to promote all aspects of the company gradually towards advanced management level. It requires us to unify our understanding and work together to make the company's continuous progress.
