The sports game was held in the square the No. 1 factory. More than 200 people from workshops and supporting departments participated in the competition. The competition items include six team competitions : tug-of-war, penguin walk, pitching and catching ball, four-legged race, cross the river by feeling stones and tramping balloons. The design of the items is novel which can fully tested the athletes' individual physical ability and teamwork.

        Tug- of- war game can reflect the team spirit best. We had eight teams in pairs. With an average age of nearly 50 years old, the by-product workshop team went through two rounds of fierce competition and made it to the final. On the other side, the safety team which was mainly from young and strong emergency team won two games easily. The two teams met in the final. Standing on the court, the two teams were full of confidence with determined eyes. With the sound of the whistle, the two teams under the command of their respective leaders hold the rope together to make force. For a while the two teams were in a close race .The audience sound of cheering ,shouting and the bugle call was loud and the game gradually entered the most intense stage. The young team gradually had the advantage relying on the young strength. The veterans showed their strong persistence. They didn't give up easily and the spirit infected the audiences. They cheered loudly for them. The shouting seemed to give force to them so that the situation was gradually reversing which seemed the veterans would be the winner... But as time went on, the young men' physical superiority finally won the game. We celebrate to the “young strong team”. Meantime, the "veteran team" lost but deserves a lot of praise!

       The following is women's competition.They fully displayed the spirit of female workers that the women were no inferior to men . They were confidence and ease,soft but strong .They burst out the strong force relying on their strong spirit and cohesion which made them become a beautiful scenery on the field. 

        If the tug of war was a contest of strength, the next matches were more likely a test of skill and teamwork.  The Penguin walk players with balloons went back and forth again and again on the field.They were just like  lovely penguins because of the funny action which attract bursts of laughter from the audience; In the four-legged race competition, each team member kept in step and went forward bravely that fully demonstrated the tacit agreement of the teamwork. Crossing the river by feeling stones not only tested individual movement coordination and flexibility but also tested the ability of organization, coordination and cooperation of each team. At the same time, there was pitching and catching ball project. Two people is in a group and then you threw and I catch. Each round of competition is a wonderful feast!

       The final race was tramping balloons which was  intense and interesting. Before the game the teams have formulated their own strategies -- some to take the tactics of the enemy, some to take the tactics of the double... With the referee's order, the players rushed up to scrambled to break the balloon tied to the legs of the other person. But they did not aware that "A mantis catches a cicada, a yellowbird behinds". For a time the balloon burst one after another. The sound of shouts and laughter  coming from everywhere. The atmosphere of the game scene is full of passion. In such an atmosphere, the workers have been relaxed and adjusted and we were also immersed in a piece of joy.

        From the beginning to the end of the games, each player and each team has affected every staff.The successful hosting of the interesting games showed the spirit of Chiyuen people adequately which was solidarity and positive that has injected new vitality for the corporate culture.It also set up a platform for the worker to show individual style and to temper character. It also let the workers to  experience the joy of competition. At the same time, it also enhance the team cooperation consciousness.Accompanied by the passionate melody "Powerful Workers",the company leaders presented prizes to the winners. At this point, Chiyuen Chemical Spring Fun Meeting ended successfully in everyone's laughter.
