Quality control department

Established in 2016, the quality department is composed of a deputy general manager of quality, a deputy director of quality and a QA specialist, aiming at implementing the quality management system, promoting product quality and ensuring customer demand, and improving the quality management level of the company.

Departmental duty:

 

1. Responsible for organizing the compilation, review, alteration and approval of management manual and procedure document

 

2. Responsible for the organization and preparation of the management review and the submission and distribution of the quality review report. Assist the management representative to track and verify the implementation effect of the corrective action taken in the conclusion of the management review to ensure its effectiveness

3. Responsible for organizing internal auditor training and management

4. Under the leadership of the management representative, responsible for organizing and coordinating the internal quality audit, analyzing and summarizing the internal quality audit

5. Responsible for the company's quality statistics and record number work, responsible for the department's environment and occupational health and safety related work

6. Responsible for customer complaint product tracking investigation and cause analysis
