On 22-23 October, we were inspected by the auditor appointed by Nestle. It was the follow-up auditing after the auditing in June. 6 unsatisfactory standards were found and raised in the company to be improved upon. After all the corrections are made, we requested the follow-up auditing. This inspection was conducted by the third-party company SGS. The SGS auditor made onsite inspection, documents checking, and interviews with employees. Finally the auditor declared that all 6 points were up to standard and our company passed the SMETA auditing.
From 2015, our company began working towards the SMETA standards. Step by step, we have improved the working environment, restructured salary policies, and secured employee’s legal rights and freedom. We made progress every year and finally reached fully compliance to SMETA. We the 1st company of Glycine industry to achieve this. We will continue maintaining compliance with the ethical standards, fulfilling social responsibility of the industry, and step towards even higher grounds.
